Why We Raise Capital
Like many successful New Zealand developers, we use a combination of our own equity, bank funding, and external capital partners to deliver projects.
Access to investor capital is particularly important at the early stage of a project - specifically to fund the purchase of land. Main bank lenders typically will not fund land acquisition. Once land is secured and building consent is obtained, traditional bank funding can then be used to complete construction.
This structure allows us to secure quality sites earlier, run more projects in parallel, and deliver high-quality architectural homes to the market.

How the Partnership Works

Full project management, design coordination, consents and construction

Regular progress reporting and open communication
Returns Structure
At the completion of the project the land cost is repaid together with an agreed interest payment. Investors who optionally elect an equity position also participate in project profit. Capital return and interest are prioritised.
